Nippita Pukdeetanakul

Nippita graduated from Chulalongkorn University with an LL.B (HONS) in 2002, and was called to the Bar of Thailand. She received her LL.M from the same university. She holds a lawyer´s license, and is a member of the Law Society of Thailand.She gained her second LL.M degree in intellectual property law at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London.Nippita commenced her practical legal career by working with the International Organization for Migration. She conducted legal research for Thailand on Human Trafficking that was presented to ASEAN Public Health organizations.Subsequently, she joined the Bangkok offices of Seri Manop & Doyle as a legal consultant from 2006-2009. She provided advice on the best possible legal, tax, and organizational structures for companies, worked on merger & acquisition projects, as well as on issues of customs law, employment law, family law, intellectual property and real estate (property) law.In early 2009 Nippita founded JNP Legal in order to provide personal and high quality legal services to the public. She also lectures at Assumption University on Business Law and Contract Drafting subjects.

Nattaphorn Keetrakul

Nattaphorn received her LL.B from Chulalongkorn University. While still an undergraduate at law school, she joined an internship program at Chandler and Thong-eak Law Office Limited, dealing with legal research and litigation proceedings.After graduation, she worked at Seri Manop & Doyle. She worked on corporate and commercial law issues, including company restructuring, litigation proceedings, company registration, work permits and visa processes, contract review and general legal advice. In 2009, she joined Canadoil Asia Ltd. as a corporate lawyer in the legal and government affairs department. Her main responsibilities there were handling all corporate matters, including providing legal advice for all departments of the company and its subsidiaries, reviewing and drafting contracts, agreements and other legal documents, as well as coordinating with external counsel and liaising with customers in the preparation, negotiation and completion of legal documentation.She joined JNP Legal Co., Ltd in 2010. Nattaphorn is fluent in Thai, English and Spanish.

Kasidit Luechai

Kasidit received his LL.B from Thammasart University in 2004, and received his LL.M, specialising in natural resources and environmental law, from the same university. He received his lawyer´s license from the Law Council of Thailand.Kasidit started his legal career at Siam Mitsui PTA Co., Ltd.  as an in-house legal consultant, where he gained experience in commercial contracts and employment law. He joined Ayudhaya Allianz C.P. in 2006, where he acted as an in-house consultant focusing on employment law and insurance law, contracts, and corporate law. He became a member of JNP Legal in 2010.

Jennifer Pickering

Jennifer received her first undergraduate degree (B.A. HONS) from Queen Mary, University of London in 2005. She successfully completed her M.A. (Merit) at King’s College London and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art.She undertook her second undergraduate degree, LL.B (HONS) (GDL Conversion), at one of London’s leading law schools (BPP School of Law), specialising in intellectual property law and revenue (tax) law.She completed her vocational education for becoming a solicitor in England & Wales (L.P.C.) at  The College of Law (the UK’s longest-established specialist provider of legal education and training). During her L.P.C. she specialised in commercial law, banking & debt finance law and mergers & acquisitions.She gained work experience at various institutions, including at the BBC (World Service Radio).Jennifer is a native English speaker, and is fluent in Dutch, German and Spanish, due to receiving international schooling in English, German, Dutch and Latin.

Tipparut Wunwan

Tipparut graduated with an LL.B from Chulalongkorn University in 2004. She was called to the Bar of Thailand in the 2005, and has held a lawyer´s license since 2005. She graduated with an LL.M from Chulalongkorn University in International Law.

She commenced her legal career by working as a legal researcher to Prof. Dr. Chumphorn Pachusanond at Chulalongkorn University on International legal matters in 2006, and joined the JNP Legal Co.,Ltd. team in 2010.
